Thanks, Stephen. It's a lose-lose scenario for the employees, which is the worst part. Hopefully the "right-sizing" trend is about finished and the industry can start being better at treating it's employees like people and less like cogs. But I know I could have posted this 20 or 30 years ago and pr'lly not been out of place, Le sigh.
