The fact that you're not aware of phone games that do this is very interesting. I would have expected this to have been done by now in a cool way. Perhaps the OSes make this difficult to implement.

The fact that you're not aware of phone games that do this is very interesting. I would have expected this to have been done by now in a cool way. Perhaps the OSes make this difficult to implement.

The first detail there, that it's single-threaded, is a big hurdle. No "background tasks".
